Description

This is a plug-in for WooCommerce which will help you to sell products where can be important for the customer to know how much a weight unit costs. For example when selling food. Price is recalculated per weight and then shown according to your liking. The rules can be set store-wide or just for certain products. It also works on custom units, so you can make your own.

Main function of the plug-in is to take the price divide it by number of units and display that on your store. Variability of this plug-in is big.

Features

Displays price per weight unit

This is the main and most simple feature of the plugin. It will take the price of your products and divides it by it¡¯s shipping weight. Then it will display it in the shop and on the page of single product. The settings for this can be set store-wide or for individual products only. Price per unit displayed on shop page

Recalculation per different weight or number

Sometimes you may want to use different unit or weight than specified on shipping tab. Usage scenarios: You want to sell pack of t-shirts and you want to show price for one piece. You are selling food in some package and you want to show price per net weight yet you need to keep the gross weight for shipping purposes. There are many scenarios for this option and it is just up to your need or imagination to use it to your benefit. It is possible to specify different weight for the calculation from shipping weight

Recalculation per different weight unit

This is useful when your shop has a specific weight unit ¨C let¡¯s say kilograms and you want to show the calculation for different unit ¨C this time it¡¯s gram. Usage scenarios: Selling some light products alongside heavy ones. For example food and spices This feature works acros all the WooCommerce default units (kg,g,oz,lb). Here the shop is in Kg, but price is displayed per gram

Custom ratio ¨C recalculation per different units number

Normally the recalculation works per one unit ¨C if I have shop in kilograms it calculates price for 1 kg. This feature will first calculate the price for one weight unit and then it will multiply it with this custom number of units. Usage scenarios: This feature can help you if you are selling something which is normally weighted in grams, so your shop is in grams, and you want to show price for 100 grams. Or perhaps you are selling wholesale products and so you want to show the weight per one ton. Possibility to even display price for multiplies of the original unit

Recalculated variation price is displayed under normal price after variation is selected.

Recalculated price is now shown also on Cart page. If your theme supports Minicart it should be also visible there ¨C this depends on themes developers.
